Craft beer needs craft malt. These fifth generation family farmers are able to control every element of their malt, starting by growing their own rye, wheat, corn, and barley for their craft brewing and distilling partners.
That gives them the freedom to take creative approaches to increase and maintain soil health, retain and reuse water, bio-sequester carbon, and promote biodiversity in the region.
